Our oversize fuel tank and Safari Tank graphics kits are manufactured from our thick, heavy-duty Tuffstuff materials, sub-surface printed and laminated with our high strength adhesive the same as we’ve done since 1997. All fuel tank graphics are perforated to help allow fuel vapours escape through the tank wall. In our experience doing these tank graphics for many years the Safari Tank brand has the thickest wall so very little vapour escapes out and our graphics have held up extremely well for years on many customer’s bikes. The other branded oversize fuel tanks (IMS, Acerbis, etc.) seem to have a thinner wall and although most customers with these tanks have had no issues whatsoever, some have experienced minor bubbling. When this occurs simply push the bubbles through the perforated holes in the graphics.
